Returns and exchange policy

We believe you’ll be thrilled with your IYO purchase. In the unlikely event an IYO product is not what you expected, you may return it for a refund as described below within 60 days of the date you receive the product from IYO. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts and accessories (including case and cable), and original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
• The refund will include the purchase price paid and any standard shipping and handling charges paid, as applicable. Any fees paid for expedited shipping and handling on the original purchase will not be refunded.
• Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund should be issued within 30 days after the product is received by IYO.

Exchanges

• If you are experiencing any issues with the use or enjoyment of a product purchased, we can help resolve them. Please reach out to support@iyo.audio
• If you want to exchange a product purchased, within the current policy, please reach out at support@iyo.audio to start the process. Be sure to provide your order number.

Order Cancellation

• Stress-free, no questions asked order cancellation policy until your bespoke audiologist impression appointment occurs.

Warranty

IYO warrants against poor fit for the IYO vad pro custom product (“Custom Product”) for a period of sixty (60) days from the original shipping date. In addition, IYO warrants that your IYO vad pro custom product (external shell and internal components) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under local laws.
